Krung Ching National Park can be found by turning to Noppitam at the Tesco junction in Tha Sala, and following the signs through a few turns for about 40km. It's best to have your own transport to get here, or come on an organised trip as though there is a songthaew from Tha Sala to Baan Rong Lek, a small village near Krung Ching, the songthaew from there stops at the head of the 10km long road down to the national park itself. It's a hard walk in the sun, so really you're relying on a lift from a passing local.
