This colourful cafe is just over a year old and already has a good reputation amongst western expats and Thai locals alike. The menu is geared towards western tastes with a variety of breakfasts, open sandwiches on an assortment of different home-made breads, salads, toasties and ice cream! These can be washed down with a choice of teas of coffees, along with a wide range of fruit juices, smoothies and 'fizzy quenchers' which are perfect for slaking your thirst on a hot day.

As well as the tables inside, the cafe has a few seats to the side on a covered verandah and all of them offer a view of the sea, though it is maybe 100 metres away. Unobtrusive music provides a pleasant background atmosphere, and there are displays of tasteful arts and crafts at the back of the cafe to peruse after your meal. The cafe also offers bikes for rent, with a couple of almost-new Yamaha Finos up for grabs at 250 baht a day, or 1,400 for a week.

A friendly place with great food. Well worth a visit.
