This store is part of a chain that covers many main towns across the country, including many of the tourist resorts, and it features many Western clothes labels with Western prices. The store itself is probably seen as an upmarket place to shop, but there are many other smaller shops around the main store itself that don't quite have the same reputation, but can still be a little pricer than, say, the Saha Thai department store elsewhere in town. But here you'll find clothes and accesories for men and women, make up and beauty treatments, kids clothes and toys, furniture, bedding, white goods, glassware and dishes, and pretty much anything else you'd expect to find in a similar place in the west.

It's a good place to come to eat with the newly-opened Black Canyon Coffee on the ground floor, followed by a branch of Krua Nakhon with the Ligor Bakery next door, as well as a large food court just before the smallish Tops supermarket. The rest of the ground floor is filled with mobile phone stalls, gold shops, places selling computer accessories, and lots of vendors of clothes and shoes. The second floor has more clothes and shoes for sale, along with toys, jewellery, DVDs and VCDs, and there are branches of KFC and Dunkin' Donuts here too. The third floor has yet more mobile phone stalls, an Acer computer shop, loads of banks, and cheaper jewellery and clothing accessories. And the fourth floor has a cinema with an occasional film with English subtitiles, and a few more clothes stalls.

The store has a car park which gets very busy at weekends, especially around lunch time, but it is well served by songthaews from Thawang Junction and others that run all the way down to Tesco Lotus further down the road.
