Take the choice on sitting outside in a small 'cafe' area under the trees, inside on the ground level, or upstairs in a fully air-con room. Wherever you sit, you will get the same fifteen page menu with good cheap Thai curries and stir-fries from 35 baht, spicy salads and Isaan food, gaeng som bplah (orange curry) and massuman curries, fresh local seafood, and lots of the restaurant's speciality pork dishes. The signature dish is a leg of pork cooked in the three-flavour style, called kah moo kotone. The staff are attentive and all tables are well served, but little English is spoken by the waitresses and you would need to call the duty manager if they don't understand what you want. And some local tidbits are for sale for munching on your way to wherever you go next!

A great restaurant that is deservedly popular, and has led them to open Kotone Restaurant 2 on the main highway.
