Fine, light sand with rock breakwaters
This is a mostly private beach with just a few resorts and restaurants including Sunrise Bungalows and Seaview at the northernmost end. It's not a long beach and local fishermen still live and ply their trade from longtail boats from the southern end of the beach.

Sand along parts of the beach can be very fine and light, though in some places it gets a bit more gritty. Still, it's comfortable enough to lie on and get some rays if that's what you want, and inner tubes are for hire if you want to float around in the sea for a while to cool off. There are also a number of rocky breakwaters along the beach which make lagoon-like pools and reduce the height of the waves, so making it easier and safer to swim or float, but some may feel they're not the prettiest additions to the beach, though they mostly disappear at high tide.
