On the road down the side of Tescos, on the same side, this small restaurant offers great Isaan food at very reasonable prices. There are a few tables inside, as well as some low tables if your knees are up to getting down and traditional, but do watch your head when you stand up. The menu is in Thai and is a list of dishes with a space for you to put down how many you want of each, and the service is quck unless they're exceptionally busy, and a good meal for two with three or four dishes usually comes out well under 200 baht. The som dtams are spicy and not too sweet, and the laab bplah duk is the best one I've found yet and so is one of my personal favourites.
