Waterfalls and escorted walks through the forest
Khao Nan National Park is signposted off the main highway about 15km north of Tha Sala, or 25km south of Sichon, and is located at the end of an easy 15km road. A well maintained park with car park, visitor's centre and some basic facilities, with small restaurants just outside the park entrance. And it's free to get in!

Covering over 400 square kilometers, it is home to a number of fair-sized mountains, a handful of caves, and about 8 waterfalls, the most easily accessible being Su Nan Tah Waterfall with others being a bit more difficult to get too. Also available here is a guided jungle walk to a viewpoint that overlooks Tha Sala, Sichon and the Gulf Of Thailand. This walk of 2.5km taking about 3 hours for the round trip and you will need to call to ensure a non-English-speaking guide is available and arrive at a reasonable time as they won't go out after 2:00pm.
